Here's a new twist on a ring pillow and leave it to creative Jo Gartin of Love Luck and Angels to come up with this idea. I used acrylic paint and a brush to letter on this rough piece of wood. The rings will be tied to this eight inch wide slice of wood with ribbon.

How different, that is for sure outside any body's box. I just love calligraphy and just found your blog. I really like those dark envelopes with white writing for the address.

ReplyDeletelovely idea!
ReplyDeleteSuper - I saw something this week that was done on wood and friends of ours have slices of every Christmas tree -- they display them on a table at Christmas.

Is really nice!
ReplyDeleteThis is great Lisa. So unique and the lettering is beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI read your comment and I had to smile. Are you kidding? Talk about being intimidated. When I first came to your blog I was so blown away by your calligraphy that I only wish you will return my visit. I saw you at Manon's and I was visiting for a while before I finally had the courage to leave a comment. I am so glad I did! Have a great weekend!
Ces, I too am so glad sisterfriend!
